Wonderful Sense of Community (May 2022 Retreat)

We really do need to focus on self-care, and here in this little group is a wonderful sense of community, of empathy and of support. With of course much knowledge and guidance there for all of us, from Amanda❤. Nourishment and nature are a couple of my take-aways from here.

What a comforting experience (May 2022 Retreat)

This has been a lovely, comforting experience – so great to know that there are so many beautiful, caring people out there! And now there are a few more who are more SELF caring 😊Amanda, I so appreciate your guidance. You always seemed to come up with just the right routine or inspiring words, and some great recipes to boot. So for me, it was greatly helpful to simply be reminded to take care of myself in deeper ways and I think many of them will stay with me. Although I’ve always engaged in mediation, exercise etc. I feel like I’m now more committed to incorporating them into my life on a daily basis. Thank you all and Love to you all.

Perfect rental for a high-end Yoga Retreat

I chose this beautiful petit château as the venue for my September yoga retreat and it was perfect. Chez Vallée has been restored to feel luxurious without losing its original charm. The yoga barn is beautiful and there are plenty of areas to relax and soak up the sun. The views across the vineyards are absolutely stunning. It’s just an hour from Bordeaux which made transporting my guests to the venue nice and easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chez Vallée if you are looking for somewhere beautiful and relaxing to retreat to.

Beautiful Chateau … Beautiful Surroundings

If you are looking for a beautiful Chateau set in beautiful surroundings with kind and welcoming hosts then this is the place for you. I visited Praana for a Women’s Weekend Retreat in October, it was a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends, get a taste for different types of yoga, to relax and unwind. The weekend was nicely planned with a quiet first night where we experienced yoga Nidra, an early start on the following day, followed by yoga flow and a later finish on the final night with karaoke. I do recommend the Women’s weekend Retreats, they are affordable and fun with the options to upgrade to more luxurious and private rooms. Thank you Amanda and team for a lovely weekend!

Relaxed & Re-Energised!

Two days on a retreat at Chez Valée with Amanda left me feling relaxed and re-energised! What a treat! The retreat delivered everything I was looking for and more – connection with a varied group of people; excellent content and practical sessions; delicious food, prepared by our own group – such fun.

Amanda has managed to turn therapy into a pleasurable experience of discovery and taught me how to be more compassionate with myself and those around me.

Absolutely Amazing!

Working with Praana Wellness has been nothing short of absolutely amazing! The support via the online group has been amazing and being able to be in a trusting space with others working together as well as solo has been so beneficial to me this year.  I have also had private sessions with Amanda and honestly? I wish I had booked with her years ago and known about her years ago.  Then there is the retreats that Amanda offers at Praana Wellness, as a first timer I loved it, I can’t wait to go again.  Amanda is just an amazing person who knows how to talk to you, to open you up and help you and knows her Yoga.  I’ve also found myself being drawn into the world of Ayervuda, something I would have never looked at before.  Amanda goes above and beyond 5 stars in all aspects in my eyes.

Just What I Needed

This is the second time I have stayed at Praana Wellness and it was just as good second time around. The Woman’s Wellness Retreat 2021 was just what I needed. The facilities were excellent and the new addition of wood burning hot tub was perfect for soothing your body after a walk in the woods searching for mushrooms. Thank you Amanda, Pascale and Kiki

I’ve Loved These Days

I’ve loved these days, it has definitely helped with lockdown. It is like I’ve been given permission to make some time for me, whether that is reading, yoga, a bath and that has brought some sense of being more centred.
