Yoga is a way of life, a form of exercise, a way to delay aging and keep your body and mind strong and balanced.

It involves physical Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation/Relaxation as well as teaching us a moral code to live by.

It is suitable for all, children and teenagers, adults (men and women), the elderly and those with both physical and psychological challenges.

Adapting and modifying is of paramount importance in the classes.

Amanda delivers both to groups and in private one-to-one sessions.

Wednesday 9.30am 1hr15 dynamic/flow/vinyasa style yoga.

This class focuses on increasing strength and flexibility as well as movement, if you like to challenge your body a little then this is the class for you!

Wednesday 6.30pm – Men only yoga class.

Thursday 6.30pm - 1hr15m dynamic/flow/vinyasa style yoga.

Friday 9.30am - 1hr15 restorative/yin yoga.

This class will be for your restoration and relaxation, to balance and challenge the busy student to be still.

Your awareness will be more focused on the lesser known aspects of your yoga practise and opening your chakra system and strengthening through pranayamic exercises (the breath).
