Amanda, the custodian @ Chez Vallée is a counselling psychologist and yoga teacher. Our guests can tap into this service if they wish.

Yoga is a way of life, a form of exercise, a way to delay ageing and keep your body and mind strong and balanced.

It involves physical Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation/Relaxation as well as teaching us a moral code to live by.

It is suitable for all, children and teenagers, adults (men and women), the elderly and those with both physical and psychological challenges.

Adapting and modifying is of paramount importance in our classes.

Amanda delivers both to groups and in private one-to-one sessions.
