Our Hatha yoga classes are for everyone! Whatever your reason for coming to yoga! We offer small classes and one to one sessions. We offer full support and yoga therapy for those who have specific illnesses or injuries.

As well as our visiting yoga teachers here this year from the UK, the US and France, Amanda herself will be offering 3 classes each week, all based in traditional hatha yoga practise and designed to cater for all. We also have Children’s and Teen Yoga classes available by appointment only.

Yoga Classes 2018

Beginning 10th January – Try our weekly yoga classes

Wednesday 9.30am 1hr15 dynamic/flow/vinyasa style yoga 

This class will commence immediately and each class will focus on increasing strength and flexibility as well as movement.  If you would like to challenge your body a little then this is the class for you!

Thursday 6.30pm 1hr15m dynamic/flow/vinyasa style yoga (reservation necessary) 

Friday 9.30am 1hr15 restorative/yin yoga
This class will be for your restoration and relaxation – to balance and challenge the busy student to be STILL. Your awareness will be more focused on the lesser known aspects of your yoga practise and opening your chakra system and strengthening through pranayamic exercises (the breath).

Kids Yoga

Investment: 4 classes 25€ per child payable in advance, non-refundable

(At least 5 children needed to run the class)

Two classes available: 5-12 year olds

There is much research now supporting the benefits of yoga for children and adolescents. Yoga improves children’s self-esteem, teaches them right communication and self-discipline, helps them deal with the stresses and anxieties they face at school and within their peer groups. Yes! Even our children experience this now. It also helps them to learn about emotions through playful postures, breathing and relaxations.



More About Yoga
Amanda has been practicing hatha yoga for over 15 years now and qualified as a teacher in 2012. The classes are suitable for all levels. Amanda also does private one-to-one yoga classes for physical and mental healing. Contact us for more details.

For both these classes you will need to book your mat. 10 euros per session, 12 euros drop-in. If you pay for 4 sessions in advance the cost is 36 euros.
