“Yoga is the art work of awareness on the canvas of body, mind, and soul.” ― Amit Ray

Our Hatha yoga classes are for everyone! Whatever your reason for coming to yoga! We offer small classes and one to one sessions. We offer full support and yoga therapy for those who have specific illnesses or injuries.

As well as our visiting yoga teachers here this year from the UK, the US and France, Amanda herself will be offering 3 classes each week, all based in traditional hatha yoga practise and designed to cater for all. We also have Sarah joining us for the season from the US.  Sarah is a young and fun yoga teacher who will be assisting and complementing the classes at Praanawellness with Amanda this year.

There is much research now supporting the benefits of yoga for children and adolescents. Yoga improves children’s self-esteem, teaches them right communication and self-discipline, helps them deal with the stresses and anxieties they face at school and within their peer groups. Yes! Even our children experience this now. It also helps them to learn about emotions through playful postures, breathing and relaxations.
