Throughout the year we have several Ayurvedic and Lifestyle workshops to help you change, or maintain and improve, your current health and well being.
We also run day and half day yoga (hatha and vinyasa flow) workshops designed for all different levels of ability.

The Ayurvedic workshops run seasonally so that we have workshops that help you adapt to the different seasons depending on your own personal body type. The yoga workshops also tie in to the ayurvedic workshops where we teach the yoga routines that you can adapt again according to your own ayurvedic body type.
Workshops consist of study groups & physical practices, all aimed at increasing your mental and physical wellbeing.
